      1. Prepare your favorite pie crust dough or use store-bought dough.
      2. Roll out the dough and place it in the bottom of the slow cooker, making sure to press it up the sides.
      3. Add your favorite unsweetened pie filling, such as chicken pot pie, beef and vegetable, or quiche, to the crust.
      4. Place a second layer of pie crust on top of the filling, crimping the edges to seal the pie.
      5. Cook on low for 6-8 hours, or until the crust is golden brown and the filling is cooked through.
