To properly insist alcohol on lemon, you need to prepare the following products:

  • water – 0.65 l;
  • lemons – depending on the size of 6-10 pcs.;
  • ethyl 95% alcohol – 0.5 l;
  • granulated sugar – 0.5 kg.

Glass filling

Before starting, rinse the fruit thoroughly, because the drink is prepared only from a clean peel. After drying, proceed to the classic recipe:

  1. Remove the peel. Try not to touch the white fibers, because they contain bitterness. The weight of the zest should be approximately 150 g.
  2. Put the peeled lemons in the refrigerator.
  3. Place the zest in a container for infusion, pour alcohol in, close the lid.
  4. Label the container with the date of filling.
  5. Send alcohol with lemon to a dark, cool and fireproof place.
  6. Infuse the liquor for about 5-10 days, not forgetting to shake.
  7. When the infusion time is over, simmer the sugar and water syrup.
  8. Strain the tincture by folding several gauze layers, squeeze the peel.
  9. Wait for the sugar syrup to cool, then mix it with tincture.
  10. Leave the finished lemon syrup on the shelf of the refrigerator for 5-6 days.

On vodka

Lemon tincture on vodka requires the following ingredients:

  • water – 3.5 tbsp .;
  • lemon – 10 pcs.;
  • sugar – 2.5 tbsp .;
  • vodka – 0.75 l.

The first cooking step is the same – wash and dry the lemons. Then lemon vodka is prepared according to the following instructions:
