The residence is located in a beautiful sloping wooded area, where a small stream flows. A wooden garden bridge crosses it, which also serves as an original bench. The new design of the structure has significantly changed the ambiance of the house. The living, dining and kitchen areas are made much more spacious by the double ceiling, the glazed front of the building and the unification of all these areas into one.
The owner can display his collection of famous paintings on the walls. The MDF ceiling is movable, which contributes to better acoustics and reflects the sun’s rays well. This allows plenty of daylight into the rooms creating a comfortable, open and private atmosphere for the residents. The new addition at the front of the property, just off the edge of the river, greatly enhances the home’s living space.
