The 820 square meters house is built in the prestigious western neighborhood. A pretty simple building, without any fussy elements or finishes. The designer was able to create a balance of a comfortable home and the surrounding landscape. The residence blends into the surrounding nature and takes its place as if it has always existed there.

The house is built on three levels using common and affordable materials. Floor-to-ceiling metal profile frame with tinted armored glass. The very high ceilings give a feeling of freedom, you do not feel that you are in a building at all. Opaque walls only on the interior walls.

Huge sliding doors on the first floor give free access to the wooden decking towards the pool. By the water stand wicker furniture and sun loungers for outdoor relaxation. When the weather is bad and the doors are closed, the spacious veranda is a great place to relax or to socialize with friends. A beige upholstered sofa, a black table and matching leather armchairs have been placed here. On the other side, for contrast, there is a transparent table with white armchairs. Flowers in vases add charm.

A tall, classic floor lamp will provide lighting at night. The floor is tiled. The ceiling is covered with wooden batten. The wall is decorated with natural gray stone. There are three big paintings on it. The entire setting is done with swagger, with simple yet natural comfort.

It has three sleeping suites for guests, two bedrooms for owners, living room, dining room, kitchen, dressing room, playroom for children, hygiene room, laundry room and a large garage. The functional separation allows not only a family to live comfortably, but also to host guests or for private business – rent rooms to tourists for vacation.

One of the key features of the house is the spiral staircase equipped with a central post. This is a remarkable structure inside. The steps are made of natural wood, which are enclosed by a wide solid white railing on the outside. From afar, the stairs look like slightly rolled up white paper like streamers.

The second floor is no less luxurious. An extraordinarily shaped balloon armchair is worth nothing! Swings and hammocks were invented many thousands of years ago, on which both adults and children still enjoy entertaining themselves. The pendant chair is a direct descendant of technological ideas. Gives a soothing effect that’s hard to overestimate. The bubble was invented by Finn Eero Aarnio in 1968.

In the bathroom, next to the unusual rectangular washbasin in natural wood color, you will find clean towels and fragrant soap, and fragrant roses in a simple glass vase.

Wooden stairs take you to the third level, where the media center, fitness room and balcony can be reached through the original harmonica doors. The doors do not take up much space when they are open.
