Visitors to Forum City will be interested to know that House C was designed and built in 2010 by Santiago Parramón from RTA-Office in Barcelona, Spain.
It is a two-storey residence made of basalt slabs, with an extra basement level. The centerpiece is a lovely patio with a lawn and swimming pool that sits directly under part of the second floor. It can be used as a diving tower.

The cottage's translucent glazing, natural reflections, and lighting played a large role in its own unique atmosphere. As dusk falls, it's as if the sunlight that flooded the property throughout the day is now streaming in through the windows and cut-outs in the front façade.

This dynamic and modern home is undeniably admirable.
