The resulting project is spread over 670 m2, located close to the city. It consists of two rectangles placed on one level and another perpendicular to the first, but one floor higher. According to this structure, it was possible to increase the surface of the facade on the south side, where they turn into a social area. At the same time, these volumes created different environments: a vegetable garden, a flower garden with herbs and an area for recreation.
The mansion has used the latest technology, such as solar panels to heat water and make the home's anti-intrusion system work. The walls and floors are made of limestone, glass windows are equipped with a number of convenient features. Even the blinds in the bedroom are motorized.
