Rice. 1. Casa Seta Project
The residence is based on a white brick box containing the main living areas: four bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, an open plan living room, dining room, kitchen and patio.

Rice. 3. Terrace Dining Room
A wooden lattice structure protects the second floor from the salty rays, creating a cool atmosphere, while the floor is tiled for practicality.
The dining table is very unusual: the metal base in the shape of two rectangles is visible through the transparent table top. The chairs have a more prosaic shape against it.

Fig. 7. First-floor sitting area
The common area on the first floor flows seamlessly from the kitchen and dining room to the living room. The latter can either be outdoors or enclosed by movable transparent bulkheads. Same tiles on the floor.

Rice. 9. Living room
One of the walls is clad in wood. The end of the staircase to the second tier is also bright, painted orange, with brown tile steps. All of this brings the atmosphere of the room to life. Two unusual coffee tables are a real eye-catcher.

Rice. 12. Kitchen
In the decoration of the walls used natural stone and decorating with black and white painting. Worktops – made of light-colored plastic, which seems not entirely functional.
The kitchen is equipped with high-end appliances, and closets hide utensils.

Rice. 15. Bathroom #2
In general, the project is colorful, bright, a little eccentric, but at the same time stylish and modern. The large windows that can be put aside like a screen door act as a link between interior and exterior. The roof is fully exploited, creating a second level of the house. This is a spacious, light and functional house.
