We are pleased to welcome all visitors to the Forum-Grada! Today, we present you the project of Diego Bortolato, a private villa Casa_M_SSM, located in a cozy corner of the countryside of Monferrato in the northwest part of Italy, with a total area of 3770 sq.m. Feet (350 sq. meters). According to the designer, the project was created in accordance with the principles of bioarchitecture. It is worth mentioning that this trend is the opposite of hi-tech and every year it gains more and more popularity. The idea of bioarchitectural direction is built on a full fusion with nature, using in the work of natural materials.
In the project under consideration, we have used wood constructions and large windows throughout the wall in almost all the living areas of the house, creating the effect of natural proximity.
Please note that the villa is located on a rocky ledge and thanks to the natural slant of the relief, resembles a house on top of a mountain.
Inside, you soak in the splendid simplicity of Italian art deco and indulge in a space flooded with light. It is interesting that the artificial lighting, represented by spotlights and classic chandeliers, harmoniously combines with natural sunlight streaming through the transparent wall-window.
Living room interior promotes privacy and relaxation. This effect is achieved by using country rustic elements: a fireplace and a rocking chair that sit perfectly with the design elements and hi-tech furniture.
Particular attention should be paid to the design of the bathroom, which successfully combines an unusual shape bathroom bowl, ceramic tiles, marble … herringbone wood flooring.
