It is very difficult to fit a modern and trendy house into an urban neighborhood dominated by traditional national or historic building architecture. The readers of Forum City will find interesting to get acquainted with one such house, the project of which was implemented by Jorge Hernandez de la Garza architectural studio.
This is a very interesting Fatima House honeymoon home, the construction and decoration of which was completed in 2014. The site chosen for its construction is located in del Valle, one of Mexico City's most authentic neighborhoods. The area is attractive due to its location near the city center, the well-developed infrastructure, the comfortable and convenient pedestrian zone, numerous alleys, parks and green yards.
One of the most important design features and know-how of the house is the presence of a special ventilated façade with the innovative ceramic coating NBC. It is a natural terracotta material which ensures the longevity of the building's external cladding and warmth of the rooms. This technology was used in Mexico for the first time on this particular residence.
All interiors are designed in the best traditions of modern design. Original furniture and sanitary ware, stylish lighting and decorative elements, equipment of the kitchen with the latest home appliances, noble color scheme, the use of natural quality materials – everything is clear, transparent and functional. A green courtyard with a manicured lawn and splendid terraces invite you to enjoy the outdoors.
