The building is built in the shape of a letter L, to create a sheltered enclave and maximize solar access and natural ventilation, and there are systems in place for energy efficiency, including three rainwater collection tanks, reclaimed brick for wall cladding, sunlight-controlling blinds and roller shutters, solar panels and photovoltaic elements.
