The low slope of the site provoked this design with the existing urban parameters and curved outlines.
"Modern Suite and villa Built with light marble combined with bamboo giving it character and moderation. Inside spaces are expansive and full of light. For the flooring in the living room, a polished cream-colored rock and Havanna oak wood in the bedroom were chosen.
Significant shapes in interior are achieved by furnishings with lots of curves. The kitchen design follows the concept of the design. Finished in wood and white Corian. The decorative elements followed the general trend of simplicity and elegance. White color fills the room, mixing with warm tones of brown and gray shades.
The distribution of the house is made in three levels. On the second floor there are three bedrooms with bathrooms. While the first floor has a large living room, guest bathroom, kitchen with pantry, and a spacious den with unique storage system for your walk-in closet. In the basement level is located garage, service area and other objects. On the exterior, the lot next to the pool and locker room is shaded by lush vegetation".
