Casa Bramasole, a 500 sqm hillside home. The house has two floors connected by an external staircase.

The villa can accommodate eight people, as it has 4 comfortable bedrooms with canopy beds, 3 bathrooms, with sanitary fittings from the studio Phillippe Starck, located on the first and second floor.

Kitchen is fully equipped with luxury stainless steel furniture by Italian brand Boffi with beautiful cookware and antique fireplace. Spacious dining room that can host 12 people.

A lot of care has been taken to restore the surrounding landscape.

Outdoor terraces, landscaped gardens, a beautiful canopied seating area and a huge heated pool complete the property’s interior richness.

The property is a detached small guest house.

The building has an incredible high stone facade that when elevated to the very top offers breathtaking views of the Lago Trasinemo (one of Italy’s largest lakes) and the surrounding forest reserves.

The richness and beauty of the place will not let you leave and you will have an overwhelming desire to stay forever.

A living room with soft leather sofas de Sede, antique décor elements, original khelim carpets and precious furniture, as well as a media room with satellite TV and DVD player provide a comfortable pastime in a classic Italian atmosphere.

The clever architectural design and tranquil atmosphere of Casa Bramasole’s renovated rooms offer guests a retreat and a complete break from the hustle and bustle.

Sumptuous atmosphere meets cultural identity and breathtaking views that are second to none.
