The masters had a big challenge – to harmonize separate living areas for each family member with the common areas. It is home to three teenage boys who not only need privacy, but also an area in which to express themselves.

The contrast between light and dark is used in the living and dining areas. Striped upholstery on the sofas makes the eye water, but the use of darkened wood furniture, brown parquet flooring, off-white walls and a ceiling with ambient lighting make it all look very harmonious.

The owners decided the basement was also worth being used for private purposes and installed a wine cellar with a capacity of 2,000 bottles. They purchased a Vintec wine refrigerator and set up a place for fun gatherings with a tasting room and bar.
It turns out, it's possible, while maintaining a classic look, to create a modern interior design, which will be convenient and comfortable for each occupant not only in his private apartment, but also in the common areas.
