In our circle got an interesting project of a house, located a few meters from the beach line. The unusual shape and attractive facade is the result of the transformation of an extraordinary building from the 1960s into a stylish and modern residence with all the facilities and stunning interiors.
Bromley Caldari Architects worked on the design and were tasked with transforming a building with a leaky roof and cracked foundation into a durable and functional shelter.
The original triangle shape only seems complicated at first glance, the designers were able to consider the full potential and offer the customers an amazing solution, perfect from all angles. The weather conditions of the coast require stronger reinforcements, both the foundation and the facade, but modern technology allows you to minimize solid walls and replace them with glass, which greatly improves the internal atmosphere.
There is a full-perimeter deck adjacent to the house which at one point continues out to the sea itself, giving the owners full access to the water and beach. The clients wanted the project to include a spacious terrace with a swimming pool and jacuzzi, and plenty of room for a dining area. The wood was used for decoration, which did not undergo lengthy processing, and remained in its original form. The rock tends to change color over time, but it does not lose its qualities, and the aesthetically pleasing grayish hue perfectly frames the exterior.
The delightful project of a modern beach house has an original shape, but the designers managed to turn even such a complex construction into a stunning example of a dream home. The fantastic scenery of the waterfront area, the clean sea air, and the soothing sound of waves are the main advantages that the clients wished to make part of the interior design.
The design project for the small beach house looks absolutely magnificent! Iโm quite impressed by the attention to detail and the seamless integration with the surrounding environment. However, Iโm left wondering about the practicality aspect. Does the design prioritize functionality and comfort without compromising the aesthetic appeal?
Wow, the small beach house design project looks absolutely stunning! Iโm curious to know what inspired the design concept for this project? Was it influenced by the location, a specific architectural style, or any unique features? Also, how did the design team manage to make the most of the limited space while ensuring functionality and aesthetics are not compromised? Overall, Iโd love to hear more about the thought process behind this magnificent beach house design!
