In creating this California luxury residence, architect Jonathan Segal drew inspiration from the free breath of the wind and the fun of the eternal holiday. His assignment was to illustrate the concept of “successful life”.
The mansion is strikingly luxurious: spacious bedrooms with huge windows that offer unobstructed stunning ocean views; open, tastefully furnished living rooms and contemporary artwork on the walls. Designer items and animal skins scattered instead of carpets make you forget the homeowner is a very wealthy man. We offer you a touch of the American dream.
The residence is furnished with dark natural wood furniture. Each element is chosen to blend with plastered walls in cool hues. Chandeliers, floor lamps and sconces by Italian brands Artemide and Foscarini let you change the angle of lighting. The transition between the exterior and the interior is made with a touch of Japanese style. Here you can see a small garden of dwarf trees and rocks on one side, a fireplace on the other.
The courtyard boasts a stylish swimming pool that hosts lively parties. Second rooftop terrace has a cantilevered cutout on the ceiling overlooking the California sky. The perfect place to enjoy a hot tub on a cold day, sipping wine or your favorite cocktail.
Is the Lemperle residence by Jonathan Segal a true representation of the American dream? What aspects of this oceanfront home make it fashionable and iconic?
