“Fabulous” design manifests itself first of all in fantastic stripes, which architectural theorists would call postmodernist ornamentation. It seems that the building was built in the spirit of “organized chaos” and does not belong to a certain architectural style at all.

The patio and pool are an interweaving of planes and elevations. From the house to the patio you can go down an incredible staircase, the railing which resembles the ribs of fantastic animals, and the entire structure looks like the creation of the famous Calatrava.

The outdoor terrace by the pool is decorated with cartoon fish drawings, similar to those that greet visitors to the Disney hotel Swan and Dolphin. The calm, elegant interior is enlivened at every turn by cheerful and unusual details, inviting guests into the world of “Alice in Wonderland”.

The villa is the result of a collaboration between Cosmopolitan Estates, the German designer Marcel Wanders and tecArchitecture, so it combines different visions of beauty with irony, humor and professionalism that is second to none.
