The cottage in Madrid called Park House – spacious and light, light and comfortable – is another project by the design studio A-cero, widely known in his country and in the world. The A-cero architectural style is very recognizable which gives the mansion a special chic and status.
Notice the harmony between the cream-colored tiles, tinted glass windows and glossy black marble surface. A path lined with solid planks leads to the perfectly flat, bright lawn with white pebbles filling in the gaps between them.
The backyard has a large pool with deck seating, deck chairs, and a covered deck for warm evenings with family and friends. Lightweight, almost weightless furniture does not take up too much space, it can be easily moved in any corner of the spacious plot – its area is 1700 m2.
This luxurious residence boasts gorgeous interiors and an original floor plan. The pearl of the design – a fantastic winding staircase, a sort of modern interpretation of medieval castles. Impeccable white color blends perfectly with the dark parquet and gray wall finish.
