The aim of the designers was to arrange a place that would be ideal for intellectual and creative pursuits, as well as for rest and reflection.
Due to the fact that the clients plan to spend here only their free time, the designers freed themselves from many of the restrictions that come with the planning of conventional housing. They had the opportunity to freely create and implement their own creative visions, embodying them not only in the design of the rooms, but also in the layout itself. Starting with a โclean slateโ, the craftsmen were able to equip the rooms with a unique system โ a multi-sensory home control.
The original layout of the apartment included three bedrooms, but in the process it was turned into a luxurious two-bedroom loft. The project included a complete redevelopment of the space of the apartment, interior design and installation of appliances. Designers carefully worked out all the details, including the finishing of walls, ceilings and floors, controlled ordering and assembling of furniture and lighting systems, thought over decoration and accessories. Everything, down to every last bolt, has been carefully thought out and inspected.
Unusual L-shaped form of the apartment clearly divide the common and private rooms. Large windows offer a magnificent three-quarter view of the Tien-Shan. The use of natural textures and stylizations allowed to create a certain atmosphere and set a kind of rhythm in the apartment.
As a result, it can be noted that the designers did a first-class job. They managed to make the apartment elegant, trendy and modern, where time goes by without notice.
What do you think of this amazing home??
This ultra-modern home with its conceptual interior design sounds fascinating. Iโm curious to know more about the smart control system that is incorporated within the apartment. Can you provide details on how the system works and what features it offers?
