Cleaning and renovating: Transforming an old dry cleaner into a beautiful holiday home

The Spanish architect Carlos Enrih suggested implementing this type of interior, so that residents feel comfortable in a single space, where everything is inside the room, only the bathroom acts as an interior detail. All the other components of the house are in one room. To achieve this, all the rooms are shut off from natural light, and there is no ventilation. All the emphasis is on the outside.
It has a 3 cm loft made of wood beams. It can be used as a separate living room, and can also be used as a storage room.
