The exterior after the transformation in the Klopf Architecture project
Transformation. New space to the left of the door. It includes a living room and bathroom.
The house now has ample space for eating, sleeping and cooking. This novelty adds a distinctive twist to the established pattern.
Entrance area
Klopf has closed the outer door and moved the door forward. He worked with a local specialist to clad the addition with siding. The luxurious mahogany looks wonderful.
Underfloor heating is an innovative luxury. Klopf completed new wood flooring with radiant heating. The floors are heated with copper pipes embedded in the concrete.
Stone floors: Impala Black marble, Da Vinci Marble. Mahogany siding: Kevin Mills.
Bathroom with new addition
The bathroom, which adjoins the living room, is lit by natural light from the windows.
Worktop: Glacier White, Corian. Tile: Cloud Vein Cut Deep Brushed Field Tile, Artistic Tile.
Klopf Architecture
The addition by Klopf Architecture is in harmony with the original house, but stays true to the homeowners’ wishes: plenty of space and more functionality.
