On the outskirts of Madrid has concealed a luxurious and distinctive residential house that looks more like a sculptural spectacle.
The austere concrete exterior, with its unusual geometry, is embellished by spacious windows, a swimming pool and surrounding greenery.
The design was created by A-Cero. The authors took their inspiration from the futuristic works of Jorge Oteiza.
In the foreground, the architects have constructed A small artificial pond. Rectangular elements of a similar material are placed across the entire surface of the house.
The house is surrounded by spacious pool. The glossy surface of the deck cover, the reflections of the water surface and the wide windows create a surprising play of light, especially in the evening.
Inside, some walls were left unfinished. In the light finish, they look harmonious in the overall light. The whole interior, serene and warm in spite of the minimalism, is very comfortable at home. The authors of the project recreated a chic, spacious and clear picture that breathes naturalness and spaciousness.
If you lift your head up in the living room you will see an incredible spectacle. Shelves for books are placed as if in the air, almost under the ceiling. But it’s just an illusion, really home library layout All of this is located on a glass balcony! The performance is breathtaking and awe-inspiring.
The 3-storey house includes a garage with basement, kitchen, guest rooms, utility and service rooms, although visually it is not very spacious.
