Timing Home is a concentration of living and shopping experience, designed by renowned designer Peng Zheng. It is on the sixth floor of a shopping mall (Guangzhou City, Tianhe District, China).
This is a one-of-a-kind real estate sales office designed to explore a new business model that will allow people to choose and buy a home in a more convenient way.
This place will shape the new culture of fashion and aesthetics in Guangzhou. The design and idea of the project suggest that people should begin to leave the virtual space and return to reality, where communication takes place face to face.
Timing house is not only for visitors to understand and experience life, but also to share and learn from the experiences of others.
Three interesting Timing home ideas:
1. Art Wall. Designer Peng Zheng and the artist Fengfeng gathered everyday objects and interior elements: furniture, columns, a stove, an old black and white TV, and combined them in a horizontal space. It created a unique visual effect. The three-dimensional world finds expression in a two-dimensional space.
What exactly is meant by a “Timing home sales office”? How does this format differ from a traditional sales office? Are there specific time restrictions or conditions associated with this concept? I would love to know more about this new format of public space and how it enhances the home-buying experience.
