A spa from the comfort of home: the successful redevelopment of residence 28 West Coast Grove by ONG&ONG, Singapore
Residence 28 West Coast Grove in Singapore has been successfully redesigned by ONG&ONG, transforming it from a traditional home to a modern one with a luxurious spa-like ambiance. The redesign was based on the client's desire for a "pampered and indulgent" sanctuary in the home. To achieve this, the overall interior is minimally designed with architectural details such as a 10-foot-high ceiling, polished marble flooring and a custom-made art deco mural that adds a touch of opulence. Additionally, a skylight brings in natural light and added views of the garden, while the outdoor entertainments area boasts an infinity pool and a wooden deck. Overall, ONG&ONG has created a unique, luxurious living atmosphere with the comfort of a home spa.
