Clear, regular lines, functional high-rise, light walls, gardens and terraces – these are the special features of a modern home on a sandy hill. A unique project by Seinfeld Arquitectos. We invite you, dear visitors of Forum City, to Peru on the marvelous shore of the Pacific Ocean in the suburbs of Lima. To create such a room the builders had to work hard and dig a big hole in the sand.
The building consists of four levels with an ascending spiral layout and features two outdoor terraces. First floor has parking for 3 cars. The second floor has a garden, 5 guest rooms with bathrooms, laundry, terrace, which is located a small pool and wooden deck chairs. An area for entertaining and eating can be called the third level. Kitchen, dining room, bar and common room. It’s important to note that the architects made a special place for food and stuff storage.
The “Warehouse” inscription is clearly visible on the project. And the last level is the master bedroom with bathroom and private access to the veranda. Minimalist interior design: few pieces of furniture and decor, simple and calm colors. Lots of big windows from floor to ceiling. Abundance of glass in a white interior makes the house very sunny. The light and sleek exterior design is loved at first sight.
This is a stunning house design by Seinfeld Arquitectos in Lima, Peru. I’m curious to know what sets this house apart from others on the Pacific Coast? Does it have any unique features or materials that make it stand out?
