The presented construction occupies a fairly large area, and yet does not look massive. As can be seen from the plan, the living areas of the building are arranged along the perimeter of an irregular quadrangle in such a way that an open space is created in the center for the Lush garden, which is laid out at a slope so that you can see it from the inside of the room.

The roof has different levels, which allowed you to create a huge internal space. Large windows and glass partitions let in lots of light.

The use of light colors in the decoration reinforces the sense of scale of the rooms. The interior design makes use of natural materials Finishing materials. Furnishings minimized and uniformly styled. All the objects have clear graphic forms.

The house itself and its surroundings are enclosed by a high solid fence that harmonizes remarkably well with the main architecture without disturbing it in any way. At night, the lighting used makes the structure seem to float in the air, underlining once again the unusual “lightness” of the building, despite its scale.
