The architects have run into certain restrictions, which prescribe that the walls of the structure should only be parallel and vertical, the area of dormer windows should not exceed 2% of the roof area. So have been settled shades and material facade trim, the configuration of the roof and even the color (!) window frames.
Work on the cottage was done in accordance with all the requirements of local building codes. The construction is in the form of a rectangle, along its perimeter we inserted random fragments. Where one exterior is finished with white stucco, the other with metal siding imitating an aged wooden surface, the interior.
