We invite visitors to see a collaborative project between two renowned companies AGUSHI WORKROOM Design, which they brought to life in the suburbs Melbourne, Australia.
Obanโs architecture is contemporary in style. It is based on concrete blocks and brickwork. However, without todayโs trendy panoramic windows and metal profile sheets, the authors could not do without.
Main entrance
One of the clientโs requirements was that the building be correctly aligned with the topography of the site to minimize heating and lighting costs.
Courtyard
Pride of the project was the double garage with access from the street and a comfortable patio. The courtyard has space for adults and children, a spacious pool and a dining area under the canopy.
Common area
Continuing the theme of the dominant black, the dining table, made of natural wood and looks monumental. Chairs gracefully emphasize the chosen style, and unusual lighting fixtures complete the ensemble.
Reading couch
Looking at the arrangement of the work areas, we can state that for each member of the family there is a place and a place to store documents. Calendar, clock, diary, fresh flowers and wicker vases fulfill the decorative function perfectly.
Bathroom
The master bathroom has a very daring design, which, however, can be called home-like and functional, due to the use of wood and stone finishes.
A total of 480 square meters of land made up a cozy 370 m2 fortress house. Thanks to the use of large windows, the spacious cottage is filled with sunlight, and the bright contrasts, natural materials and convenient layout make it a comfortable home.
