The project was implemented by the developing creative group Rosenow | Peterson Design. One of the main features of the two-story mansion is that it was built on a partially elevated landscape, giving a special uniqueness and distinction from other similar houses made in the modern architectural style. The design flaunts an abundance of glass, stone and wood. A staircase approaches the main entrance, dividing the mowed front lawn into two parts.
