Miraculous Pool Balcony – a stunning apartment complex design by James Love
This apartment complex design by James Love, "Miraculous Pool Balcony", is a masterpiece that merges modern material and silhouette with nature's intrinsic beauty. Through its thoughtful design, it opens up a spectrum of possibilities for aesthetically pleasing, functional living. The two-story plan features an outdoor space complete with a luxurious pool and butterfly-wing-inspired balcony that wraps around the entire building, enabling magnificent views and creating a perfect spot to relax. Moreover, it charges surprisingly little for all its luxury amenities. Truly an architectural wonder, it is a great resemblance of beauty, comfort, and style.
The designer’s fantasy didn’t stop there. There is also a third structure in this wonderful complex. It’s a huge open-air pool, rather reminiscent of a big ship.
And on the upper “deck” of the ship is a green lawn – island. A ship floats in the air suspended high above the ground and parking lots on sturdy supports.
Readers are probably curious to know how much the apartments in such a luxury complex will cost. They say the price will exceed the highest assumptions. Eco-friendly landscaped home planned to host the state’s top officials.

This design looks absolutely breathtaking! I’m curious to know if James Love incorporated any specific architectural elements to maximize the view and allow residents to fully enjoy the pool balcony experience?
