Original design for a stylish summer retreat –mirror house by JVA Architects, Norway
This stylish summer retreat by JVA Architects is designed to make the most of natural surroundings. The Mirror House is supported by a single structural steel frame, allowing for breathtaking views of the fjords, forests, and mountains. It features a unique contemporary design with wood and metal elements, a full-length mirrored façade, large windows, and an outdoor terrace. The use of light and airy materials for its construction ensures a bright and air-conditioned environment. This contemporary retreat also benefits from its location and offers easy access to nature activities at the nearby mountains, lakes, and groves. The Mirror House provides distinct advantages in the form of a luxurious retreat that is comfortable and modern, while being environmentally conscious.
The whole complex consists of three petals, connected by passages. Inside, the mansion is divided into two parts: one houses the living room and the other everything else. You can see it from the street, too. In the technical rooms and bedroom, the windows are small. And in the hall they occupy the space from floor to ceiling. You can extend the patio if you like.
From the outside it looks very unusual, but what do you add, visitors to Forum City?

This mirror house by JVA Architects in Norway is undeniably stunning! But I’m curious, does the reflective surface serve any practical purpose or is it purely for aesthetic reasons?
