The Palm Springs mansion is a gorgeous and luxurious apartment that was designed and brought to life by the architectural studio o2 Architecture. It is located near the mountain range of San Jacinto, in southern California, USA, and covers an area of 640 square meters.
On the summer terrace is a charming area for recreation. The stone counter and bar stools allow you to enjoy refreshments on hot, sultry days while contemplating the incredible scenic mountain range that stretches nearby.
The home’s spacious and charming square footage maximizes every inch of living space, making the apartment extremely functional and modern.
On the other side of the building on the green lawn is a beautiful swimming pool with pleasant warm water, where you can relax after a hard day’s work and cool down in the heat.
The entire perimeter of the structure is equipped with amazing composition, decorated with stones and cacti. They create a mesmerizing view that can be admired from the interior of the villa.
The interior design used a calm light shade palette, which harmonizes perfectly with the artificial stone and glass panels.
The apartment has few windows, which protects it from the sun’s scorching rays. Small openings near the roof have been equipped for lighting, through which the entire room is filled with sunshine and does not overheat it.
Incredible new ideas in design are presented in this decoration. The bedrooms are decorated in a minimalist style, without an abundance of accessories and furniture.
Also, such an original decoration of the windows gives the opportunity to enjoy the play of light and shadow, which draws on the walls and ceiling fanciful patterns.
The dining area is decorated with an unusual lamp, which is represented by a wooden box with slits. Through them the whole room is filled with warm light and a mysterious shimmer.

The design of this tropical villa with a minimalist pool is absolutely breathtaking! I’m curious to know if the pool is purely for aesthetic purposes or does it have practical functions as well? Also, I’m wondering how this stunning design complements the surrounding landscape and creates a serene ambiance. Could you provide more details about the thought process behind the design concept?
