House built on the site of a local print shop headquarters. Based on the original design ideas, The building has been converted into 9 art studios. The area of the three-storey house is 1937 m2 (not including the 861m terrace)2).
The conception – a combination of the house owner's individual preferences, multifunctionality and comfort. Both lifestyle and emotional needs are considered. While taking care of convenience, the designer did not forget about the artistic side of the project. The layout and design of the house make Maison NW comfortable even for the handicapped. This is probably the first time we're discussing stylish interior design of its kind!
