The creators of the house said that the house slopes downhill and is clearly divided into three elements, echoing the traditional three-level design of the base, middle and upper. The foundation of the house is very deep, because due to the steep slope the house levels are at the same level with the ground or lower.

The upper level of the home includes bedrooms and service areas, with folds and curves to allow for corridor views and domestic functions. Bedrooms and libraries have expansive south-facing windows. The east and west façades have small windows, while the owners' privacy is preserved.
