Built in 2006, this building covers an area of 1,017 square meters. This glass and metal three-story masterpiece is sure to excite the users of Forum City.
The exterior
Consisting of three stories and a parking lot, this metal-framed house is anchored in a concrete foundation. The facades are made of glass frames, called “profilit”, which create excellent thermal insulation and wind protection, while offering a panoramic view of the surrounding area.
The shape of the frame is reminiscent of a transparent envelope with a slight tilt to the side, with all the floors tilted to different directions, the first to the right, the second to the left and the third one straight to the ground. A zinc roof completes the composition.
Interior
Inside, the sense of space is created by the large opening windows and the transparent glass cladding, which cleverly blend together to create a stunning view and blend in with the surroundings. From the street the house is framed by a slope, so next to the main door to the first floor is an elegant staircase.
