Today weโre telling the visitors of Forum City about the design of additional rooms in a stunning cottage in York Bay, Wellington, New Zealand.
The building looks like it is immersed in a lush tropical rainforest. Clean environment and abundance of vegetation is one of the advantages of the estate.
A success story in this project resulted in the creation of the second floor with a loft. A highlight luxurious interior design Was the maximum use of wood for surface finishes. It decorates the walls and the floor, which serves as a kind of podium, separating the recreation area. The amber glossy tone of the wood provides a warm and welcoming ambiance while the large windows set almost all around provide a magical view of the harbor and the lush local landscape.
All decor is in brown, white and gray tones. The blank whitewashed fronts are totally invisible, only the white goods give away the true purpose of this part of the house. A few bright accents dilute the A kitchen in white. For example, a turquoise-colored coffee table, a creative design panel over the TV, and yellow chairs near the bar.
