The house has an excellent ventilation system – fully automated and well insulated. There is also a control system that is designed to use solar energy as heating in the fall and spring, and in the summer it creates a shelter from the sun for cooling.
When building a modular home such as this, a concrete foundation is laid. It’s highly sustainable and created with eco-friendly materials. The designers chose laminated wood and glued wood framing for the interior walls.
The house withstands snowfall well and also meets energy requirements in Nordic countries.
