It was decided to organize the space of the four levels around a central axis, a vertical volume penetrating them through, enclosed in a glass envelope.
A special balcony-type viewing terrace was created inside the house that allows a view of all rooms of the house. This is an example of architectural displacement, which allowed to create an original layout scheme of the elements, ruling out the possibility of any overloading of space.
