The project was very highly praised by experts in an international design competition in 2011 and won the House & Garden magazine's Garden) for the most successful use and combination of building materials.
To create a comfortable and stylish atmosphere, the specialists used the traditional combination of black, white and beige, the maximum openness of the space, simple and comfortable upholstered furniture and efficient organization of space – built-in closets, open shelves and other ergonomic furnishings.
