The original Victorian mansion was divided into four apartments after the war, which the current owner gradually bought up. Before coming to SHH, the owner talked about the desired transformation of the property into a luxury family home with high ceilings and ample living space.
He also wanted a large swimming pool and an underground entertainment complex, including a spa, sauna, steam room, gym, bar, locker rooms, restrooms, wine cellar, game room and movie theater.
The expansive garden is the focal point in the new home, it was the view of the garden that created the main focus of the space planning in all the main living areas and bedrooms facing the backyard.
The house is formally divided into front areas designed for entertaining and rear areas geared toward relaxed family life, as well as lower floors for everyday use. This is accentuated by the use of the traditional exterior of this area at the front of the house and the modern finish of the remaining areas.

This West London home with a stunning pool designed by SHH Architecture Workshop sounds absolutely breathtaking! Can you provide more details about its unique features and amenities? Additionally, I would love to know if the architecture seamlessly integrates with the surrounding environment and if there are any sustainability initiatives incorporated into the design?
