Groupe IBI-CHBA has created a captivating architectural project, The Chemin-Qui-Marche Lookout, located in Montreal, Canada. The project blends style with philosophy, uniquely combining modern design with its message of personal sync with nature. It offers users a visually stimulating experience, enhanced by the outdoor spaces and balconies from which visitors can take in the breathtaking vistas. Furthermore, the project includes green features such as roof gardens and natural lighting, making it both aesthetically pleasing and environmentally conscious.
Architectural experts from Cardinal Hardy combined Montreal’s rich industrial past with contemporary architecture. The new park is located at the junction of Old Montreal and the Old Port. Its name, in Native American, means “The Way That Goes.”.
It’s not just a place to relax. The esplanade seems to connect the rich past with the happy present. Each bench has an inscription reminiscent of a historical event and its date.
The design is simple and austere. But that doesn’t stop the city’s residents and visitors from enjoying their time, relaxing.
When the harsh Canadian winter ends, the esplanade will again resound with children’s laughter, foreign languages and lovers’ whispers.
