The north tower will be built at the intersection of Avenida El Dorado and Avenida Caracas highways. The 44-floor, 200 m tall building should be visible from the second, southern, tower. According to plans, it will have 59 floors and a height of 268 meters. Combined, these two buildings will be able to provide 250,000 sq. meters of space for the city's commercial and social needs.
The creators of the project hope that the mixed-use neighborhood, which will be completed in 2018, will be an important part of the metropolitan area's new architectural makeup.
