New perspectives on the Colombian capital in a mixed-use development project by Rogers Stirk Harbour + Partners

This mixed-use development project by Rogers Stirk Harbour + Partners in the Colombian Capital offers a new perspective on the area with its diverse amenities and unique landscaping. It features several levels of retail, residential, and office spaces that closely integrate with the city’s streets and open spaces. Visitors can enjoy public terraces and park-like green spaces within the building, while a series of elevated pedestrian walkways provide easy access within the development. Sustainable and energy-efficient features have also been included in the design, such as cross-ventilated facade and a water management system. This unique project creates a distinct place that contributes to the overall wellbeing of its inhabitants.

The north tower will be built at the intersection of Avenida El Dorado and Avenida Caracas highways. The 44-floor, 200 m tall building should be visible from the second, southern, tower. According to plans, it will have 59 floors and a height of 268 meters. Combined, these two buildings will be able to provide 250,000 sq. meters of space for the city’s commercial and social needs.
