The customer has a limited budget, so the interior design is laconic, but this light minimalism looks attractive even without extra details. Whitewashed walls and ceiling, glass partitions, painted and polished concrete floors – the interior furnishings tend toward an ascetic style.
The main elements in the design are furniture, original, creative, made of natural wood with the addition of textiles. The finishing touches are the decor, which is sweet and rustic.

By choosing such a convenient location for the bedroom, the architects have given the customers an amazing opportunity to fully enjoy nature, which has become an integral part of the interior. Glass panels instead of walls and sliding doors make it possible to blur that thin line between the inside and the outside world.

The client challenged the architects to build an energy efficient house on a limited budget. And although some ideas and technology had to be abandoned because of the topography and other nuances, the project still managed to incorporate some innovations: passive architecture is taken as the basis.
The unconventional façade, unique exterior, and laconic interior design come together in an amazing image of a stylish and modern home.
