Dear visitors to our creative forum! We continue to cover the topic of interesting design findings in the interiors of houses and apartments. It’s nice to note that talented architects don’t just live somewhere out there, in a faraway foreign land, but also here, near us. And not just live, but also work, creating for the joy of people their magnificent projects.
One such fellow creator is Roman Leonidov. And today we are pleased to present the chic Oakland House in Dubrovka, Russia, designed by his architectural firm. This is an unusually complex mansion with rich wooden floors, a personal indoor pool and huge glass walls. Its perfectly flat surfaces and right angles bring a feeling of warmth, comfort and absolute reliability.

This article about a slice of New Zealand in the suburbs of Dubrovka, Russia seems intriguing. How did this unique cultural exchange come about? What aspects of New Zealand are being integrated into the suburbs? Are there any other examples of international influences in unexpected places?
