We invite all members of our fashion forum to discuss the interior design of a luxury home, called Aurea Residence. This dwelling embodies amazing purity and comfort, combined with the soft light and excellent natural ventilation. The clients were a wonderful married couple with growing children. Their main desire was to create an ergonomic environment with a balanced foundation. Therefore the construction was carried out using, for the most part, building materials such as glass, stone and wood.
Due to its semi-minimalist orientation, the various accessories and decorative elements of the interior are reduced to the least use. The first level consists of a spacious living room, an ultra-fashionable kitchen, a bedroom for the parents, a bathroom and two garages. A staircase, which is not really a part of the festive ambiance, leads up to the second floor where the suite and terrace are located. Here is a wonderful place for rest and relaxation after a hard day’s work.
The design of the mansion was successfully realized by one of the well-known design studios of Chris Pardo Design: Elemental Architecture
This Aurea Residence in Seattle looks absolutely stunning with its modern minimalist design. I’m curious to know what inspired the architects behind this project to choose such a style. Was there a specific reason for opting for a minimalist approach? And how does this residence blend in with its surroundings in terms of aesthetics and functionality? Additionally, I’d love to learn more about the interior design choices and how they contribute to the overall ambiance of the residence.
