The controversial Psychiko House by controversial conceptual project by Divercity Architects, Athens, Greece

The Psychiko House in Athens, Greece, is a controversial yet distinct project in residential design by Divercity Architects. As a concept, the three-floor structure blends architecture, and landscape to create an indoor-outdoor living experience with a modern aesthetic. Characterised by its largely glass façade and open interior courtyard, the design of the house allows for an abundance of natural light and views of the surrounding landscape. It features solar panels, smart systems, and green technologies to reduce energy consumption, making it both a stylish and sustainable dwelling. This innovative project demonstrates the potential for good design to be both aesthetic and sustainable.

Greece is rich with its unique history, beautiful buildings, traditions and customs. It is home to extraordinary geniuses who have created real architectural masterpieces. But a host of current local craftsmen are also creating a wide variety of works of modern art.

One such example is Psychiko House, located in the suburbs of Athens. This private residence was developed in 2012 by the studio Divercity Architects with the condition to achieve maximum freedom of movement and flexibility.
