The design of this carcass house was created by the creative team at Egeon Architecten. A work of art in a residential neighborhood in the Dutch capital. Here you can lead a calm and measured life. In addition to the beautiful furnishings, the residence has a comfortable workspace. The homestead has three floors: the first has an open living room, the second houses the bedrooms, and at the very top – the study.

According to Egeon, the house was built with eco-friendliness in mind, with a “heat pump for underfloor heating, natural ventilation, insulation of roofs, walls and floors, and special heat-resistant glass”. The extensive use of wood makes the interiors look friendly and inviting, and the large windows serve as a great source of light. The hall is the most welcoming room unusual house with such an enticing view of the lake.
