The designer was given the task of planning the house in such a way that it would not only consist of traditional living areas (living room, dining room, bedroom), but also include a gym and a sauna.
The conceptual solution is to combine three boxes, united in three dimensions at an angle of 90 degrees. The second, which is parallel to the street, has a bedroom and a living room. A third box, placed perpendicular to the ground, includes the main room and protrudes in front of the house, forming an additional room. There's even an entire mini-apartment on the top floor for guests. The rest of the layout is a backyard and outbuildings.
