This luxury residence includes the typical areas (living, dining, bedrooms, etc) as well as a gym, sauna and a top floor mini-apartment, completely out of the ordinary.
The architectural execution of the project resembles a construction set of cubes. The room modules are boxed together and are in three dimensions, intersecting at a 90-degree angle. Vertically placed staircase. Parallel to the ground are the bedrooms and living room, with the main room protruding forward. Note the rest of the rooms are tucked behind and practically hidden from view.
When you look at the facade you have an involuntary awe at the engineering thought of the authors. The three-dimensional composition of the photo shows Artardi Architects' creation clearly contrasting with the natural landscape of the site.
