Elias Rizo Arquitectos have built their luxurious La Punta Casa in Punta Mita, Nayarit, Mexico, breaking all design stereotypes in the process. The house has been built to maximize natural light and stunning views over the ocean, which can be enjoyed from its large, open-plan living spaces, that come with a number of modern amenities. The house was constructed with an emphasis on sustainability in order to preserve the environment and foster a connection with nature. Moreover, the spacious outdoor areas, equipped with semi-shaded living room and cosy fire pit, make the house perfect for entertaining. This beautiful architecture offers luxurious ambience combined with respect for the environment.

Casa La Punta is right on the beach and is an island of luxury surrounded by wildlife. It’s hard to imagine that all this splendor is intended for just two people, because in its size villa could even serve as a small hotel.

The project of the house consists of three modules: service space, basic facilities – common and private areas and an outdoor terrace on the beach. The house has a master suite and two guest rooms.
