The Coral Gables Residence in Miami, USA, designed by the renowned Touzet Studio, is a masterpiece of Art Nouveau architecture. This elegant and memorable structure, replete with wrought iron, glass, and curved stone lines, soars above its surroundings offering stunning vistas of the tropical paradise below. The house incorporates an open floor plan, modern amenities and a paradise-like pool area, providing the highest levels of luxury and comfort to the residents. The unique design, inspired by traditional Art Nouveau, is captivating and a sure source of envy for neighbors and visitors alike.
The house is built of glass and concrete, yet it’s surrounded by dense vegetation of palm trees and shrubs. The patio overlooking the ocean has a rectangular pool. On the city side, the house is two stone-clad monoliths that fit the architecture of the area. Only two openings from the façade and a few windows above. The house’s true character is revealed only from the side that looks out over the ocean. Even the sculptural roof is hidden from view from the street.
Inside – the designer wave-like ceiling is lined with wooden beams, and some of the walls are finished with wood paneling. The second-floor terrace is enclosed by tempered glass. Furniture – corner sofa and wicker tables. The front of the house is a solid wall with one window and a door to the street. A closed veranda is made of metal and glass. The space is full of air and light. Beautiful ocean views.
